Returns

As all products are made to order we will not be able to accept returns unless the product(s) is defective.

Please follow the guidelines on care of the Products. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE UNPACKED WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM. Failure to unpack the Products may lead to creasing, such creasing will not be considered a defect.

Check the products as soon as possible after you receive them. If you think that any product that we supplied is defective then please contact us by telephone on 0844 257 0180 or email at helpme@bhscurtains.co.uk and we will arrange for the product(s) to be collected from you. We shall inspect the products and if we agree with you that the product is defective then we will either (at our discretion) offer a full refund for the price of the product, or repair or replace the product (we will notify you by e-mail of the action we will take). We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. If returned goods are not faulty carriage will be charged at £10 per order.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
